Let’s keep this short and tweet (pun intended)…
Twitter has been a big important part of social networking for over 6 years now, but I really haven’t been a part of it (much) lately. I did create a personal account back on 2009, and followed a bunch of folks and had some followers too, but the stream of tweets were running down my screen so fast I couldn’t keep up reading, let alone get a word in (or tweet in) edgewise as the expression goes (like when Justin Bieber sent out a tweet and the tweets back to him were so fast you couldn’t read them, and he sure couldn’t answer them – see the article about that here ). Well mine sure didn’t go THAT fast, but you get my drift.
Guess you know where this is leading… I decided to get onboard again, give it another go, so I set up a Twitter account for my alter ego, ‘Gift Guide Gurl’. Note the spelling of ‘gurl’. I’d be thrilled to bits if you’d follow me, and I can follow you. We’ll share adventures in 140 characters or less (puts the kibosh to my usual blather!)
