Pets are a very important part of the family and a pet owner will never forget to get a something special for their pet.
And they know when you have about them something… Our KC always knew and she’d poke around every corner of the house sniffing trying to find her stuff and would get excited at gift opening time.
One of the most wonderful present that you can give someone who has everything, or someone who is hard to buy for is give them something pet related, like a shirt, umbrella, sculputure. Do something extra special for your special someone and give them a gift for their pet as well.
The other aspect of giving a pet ‘themed’ present is to a pet lover who has lost their beloved pet. If they had a cat you can give a cat sculpture, if they had a dog you can give them a pet painting (for example). Don’t think that because they have lost a pet (unless it is very recent) that giving them a present that reminds them of a pet will hurt them – in fact in a lot of ways it will make them smile, especially if they are still feeling the loss and not ready to be a pet ‘parent’ again just yet. They will appreciate your thoughtfulness.
